Booking
Conditions
These booking conditions and other the information sections
on this page set out the terms on which you contract with
Albir Travel and shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with English Law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts
of England and Wales.

Your
Commitment to Us- Deposit and Payment
When confirming your
booking you must complete and sign the booking form, accepting
on behalf of all the named passengers the terms of these booking
conditions. You should also pay a deposit of £150 per
person or full payment if the booking is made within 8 weeks
of departure, plus any insurance premium. A contract exists
when we issue our confirmation invoice. You must pay your
balance at least 8 weeks before departure. If you do not,
we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled, in
which case you would be liable to pay us the cancellation
charges as set out below.

Changes
by You
If after we have issued our
confirmation invoice you wish to change your booking you should
inform us (directly or through your travel agent) and we will
do our best to help. If the change is made more than 56 days
(8 weeks) before departure you will incur a minimum charge
of £25, plus in some cases, airline cancellation charges.
If we are unable to make the changes that you have requested
and you do not wish to continue with the booking or if changes
are made 56 days or less before departure, cancellation charges
will also apply as set out in the table below.

Cancellation
by You
If you wish to cancel your holiday in whole
or in part after your has been confirmed you should inform
us (directly or through your travel agent) in writing. Cancellation
charges will be applied in the scale shown below. In certain
cases airline cancellation charges may also apply. Any cancellation
must be conformed in writing by recorded delivery post, to
us at PO box 292, Orpington, Kent BR6 8QG

All
travel documentation must be returned to us before before
any refund can be made. Please note that insurance premiums
are not refundable.

Our
Commitment to You- Changes or Cancellations by Us
It is unlikely that we will have to make any
changes to your holiday but the arrangements
are planned many months in advance. Sometimes changes have
to be made which we reserve the right to do at any time. Most
of these changes are minor but where they are significant,
we will inform you.

Price
Guarantee
Due to the flexible nature of the arrangements
that we offer, the prices shown are only an indicator of the
price that we quote at the time of booking. Prices shown have
been based on the tariffs in force on 15.07.01. Under exceptional
circumstances, additionally taxation may be charged (not exceeding
£15 per person).

Our
Responsibility
When you contact us to
make a booking, we act as an agent for the relevant carrier
which will be disclosed in our documentation. We reserve the
right to change the carrier if necessary. When an alternative
airport is used, Albir Travel will provide surface transport
to the original airport specified. We have taken care in choosing
the accommodation, other services and facilities for inclusion
in the holidays that we offer and have described them in these
pages in accordance with the latest information we have at
the time of publication. We accept responsibility for ensuring
that all elements of your holiday are as described in the
brochure and are of a reasonable standard. We also accept
responsibility for every service which we are contractually
obliged to provide, irrespective of whether such services
are provided by our own employees or agents, or by subcontractors
or suppliers. In the unlikely event that your holiday is not
as specified, reasonable compensation will be paid. If you
or any member of your party suffers death, bodily injury or
illness arising from the negligence of our employees, agents,
suppliers, their subcontractors, servants and/or agents, we
will accept responsibility provided that they are acting within
the scope of or in the course of their employment when the
accident occurred. In all cases our liability will be limited
in the manner provided by the relevant International Conventions.

Complaints
We are sure that your holiday will be entirely
trouble-free, however, there are some parts of your holiday
which are not under our direct control. In the unlikely event
that you have a problem or complaint during your holiday,
please bring it to the attention of our local representative
and/or the hotelier so that they have the opportunity to put
it right at the time. If the problem is still unresolved you
should contact Albir Travel immediately on +44 1689 850115
Mon-Fri, 09.00- 21.00 to allow us the opportunity to deal
with it while you are still on holiday. If the problem cannot
be solved locally and you wish to take it up with us on your
return, please write to us with full details, within 28 days
of your return from holiday.

Conditions
of Carriage
When you travel by air the conditions of the
carrier apply; conditions are often subject to international
agreement between countries. Copies
of these conditions are shown on your airline ticket. All holidays featured on this site are bonded
in accordance with ABTA requirements, Albir Travel are operated
under CAA ATOL 2240S

Important:
Please note that you are responsible for your own actions and behaviour and for those of all members of your party and
for the effect they have on others. If,
in the opinion of the airline, accommodation or club personnel
or any other person in authority, your behaviour is disruptive, dangerous or annoying
to others, they may deny you the use of their services. If
this happens you willnot be entitled to any refund and you
would be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
