The Apartment Apartment 13D is fully-furnished air- conditioned accommodation which comprises of two good-sized twin-bedrooms, the main bedroom adjoins the bathroom and has access to the patio, the other with en-suite shower and toilet. |
The double aspect dining and lounge are is light airy and spacious and boast views both over the Clube Golfemar complex and the sea in the distance. |

facilities as well as a radio cassette/CD player |
The large kitchen comes complete with dishwasher, washing machine,
capacious fridge freezer, cooker and microwave, together with every
cooking utensil you might need. |

A 25% deposit is required with all bookings, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure will be required to pay in full. Should you need to cancel you’re booking, your deposit will only be returned if the accommodation is re-let. In which case the deposit will be returned less £25 administration charge. Should you need to cancel your booking within 8 weeks of your arrival date, then the paid rental will only be paid if the accommodation is re-let, less an administration cost of £25 Bookings are accepted on a Thursday to Thursday basis to accommodate the UK charter flight day. However other days may be accommodated, but there may be a surcharge to cover the non-occupation period.
